Hi everyone. I’m back with a review again! This time it is a skincare product, Clinique’s moist moisture surge extended thirst relief. I really like the name of the product though. It is really innovative and attention-grabbing I would say. I have used a couple of Clinique’s products in the past as well.
I choose this product as it has got quite a reputation I would say. For the record, I have extremely dry skin and the product claims to relief your skin from the quest of thirst and dryness so what else is required for a person like me who gets attacked by the dry skin patches one a while. Also, I wanted something which can double as day cream and night cream both. So there Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief was my pick. As you may see in the pictures as well. I have used the product quite a bit or else I should say there is just quite a bit left so I thought it is high time pen everything down for you all. So here you go!

Price of Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief:

Fragrance and texture of Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief:
The product has a little medicinal type of fragrance. It does not smell of any fresh flowers or any particular base ingredient. If you have used any pharmaceutical cream or sunscreen you would understand what I am pointing out here. It is not that strong and goes away in a duration of 15-20 minutes so if you are someone who does not like pharmaceutical fragrances and you can bear it for 15 minutes there is nothing to be worried about.
Talking about the texture of the product it has a gel-like consistency with a hint of orange which gets easily absorbed into the skin and does not feel heavy at all.
Packaging of Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief:
It comes in a classic Clinique packaging with a transparent glass tub which has a silver cap. The details are inscribed in white which makes it look very pretty. The tub comes with a lid as well which makes the product hygienic and also prevents the spillage of the product. I lost it tough sometime after using the product. The product is travel-friendly as well. You have to be careful while you are using it as the glass tub might break. Although I had dropped it a couple of times, it did not break in my case. It has a 30 ml version as well, so you may invest on that as well. I personally am not fond of tub packaging just because I feel it takes extra effort to use a q-tip or sanitize your fingers each time. Well! that is just me.
My Experience with Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief:
This product honestly has been a blessing in disguise for me. I got hold of it while I was facing skin troubles of dull and dry skin due to the winter weather. My skin is extremely dry during the winters. I usually have dry patches near my mouth and nose. Clinique was my last resort before visiting a doctor. I have tried using oil to Vaseline to extremely heavy creams, but all in vain.
On the other hand, Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief despite having a gel-based texture but works like magic. It deals with every last bit of skin dryness and patchiness.
The quantity of the product you need for every application is also very less which gives great value for the money as well. In addition to this Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief is meant for all skin types so thumbs up for that as well. Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief feels very light on the skin and gets readily absorbed into the skin. It is suitable for people with oily skin or combination skin. It works as, a perfect base for the makeup and does not interfere with its application.
